Must work well with an existing team, manage deadlines and communicate effectively both
internally and with clients. Manage multiple projects simultaneously with all company processes.
Handle change orders, RFIs and many coordination roles for each project as needed. Process quote
requests, process take offs, handle submittals and additional adjacent responsibilities may be
required. Salesman tasks including: meeting with clients, handling call volumes, establishing
and maintaining relationships, updating and maintaining project costing, budgets and information
systems.
Hands on trade experience preferred for better understanding of scopes and construction process.
Primarily focuses in Division 7. Specialty insulation systems such as Spray Foam, Blown In
Insulation. Also Fireproofing, Firestop, Waterproofing.
Must have experience with estimation software (preferred experience with planswift), excel
intermediate to expert level, word and outlook. Must have great familiarity with plans both
commercial and residential and have confidence with take-offs. Must be able to take direction
with preferred quantity take-off methods for consistency within system.
